Get ready for a show like no other, as the iconic Usher is set to headline the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show presented by Apple Music. This spectacular performance is scheduled to take place on February 11, 2024, during the big game at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas – a historic event, as it marks the first time the Super Bowl will grace the city of lights.

Usher, the legendary singer hailing from Atlanta, expressed his excitement, saying, “It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list. I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before. Thank you to the fans and everyone who made this opportunity happen. I’ll see you real soon.”

Seth Dudowsky, the head of music for the NFL, also shared his enthusiasm, stating, “Usher is an icon whose music has left an indelible mark on the cultural landscape throughout his career. This upcoming Halftime Show will mark the fifth year of the partnership between the NFL and Roc Nation in producing this spectacular event, following a deal initiated in 2019. The previous years featured memorable performances by Shakira and Jennifer Lopez (2020), The Weeknd (2021), a remarkable hip-hop showcase led by Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar (2022), and Rihanna (2023). Additionally, this will be the second year the halftime show is presented by Apple Music, following a decade of Pepsi sponsorship. Notably, Rihanna’s 2023 performance, where she revealed her pregnancy with A$AP Rocky, became the most-watched halftime show of all time.

Oliver Schusser, Apple’s VP of Apple Music, Apple TV+, sports, and Beats, also expressed his excitement, saying, “The Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show is one of the most highly anticipated music events of the year, and we’re excited to bring this legendary show to fans all over the world in Spatial Audio, along with tons of exclusive videos, interviews, playlists, and so much more across Apple Music.
