Breaking new ground in his musical journey, Lil Nas X has stepped into the realm of guest features for the first time in his career, teaming up with UK rapper Skaiwater for their electrifying collaboration, “Iight!”

Released on Friday, the track also features 9lives, marking a significant milestone for Lil Nas X as he expands his artistic horizons. The partnership with Skaiwater holds special significance for Lil Nas X, as it harks back to their initial collaboration five years ago on his song “No Love.” Notably, Skaiwater also holds a producer credit on Lil Nas X’s 2020 hit “Holiday,” further solidifying their creative synergy over the years.

Reflecting on their journey together, Lil Nas X took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to express his gratitude and excitement for the release of “Iight!” He recounted how Skaiwater was the first artist to collaborate with him back in 2018, making this moment a full circle experience for both of them.
