Travis Scott Unveils Stunning “Topia Twins” Video featuring 21 Savage and Rob49
Travis Scott is making waves again with the release of the visually captivating video for “Topia Twins,” a track from his latest album, Utopia. Collaborating with Rob49 and 21 Savage, the Houston native showcases a world of debauchery in this stylishly shot visual.
In the “Topia Twins” video, Scott, along with his fellow artists, immerses himself in a world of luxury and excess. The mostly dimly lit scenes depict the trio surrounded by an array of women, some in unconventional poses. The rappers are seen cruising on jet skis and boat replicas that mirror luxury cars. The video employs various visual techniques, including night vision, grainy film footage, and handheld-style shots, embodying the distinctive style that fans have come to expect from La Flame. Co-directed by Scott and White Trash Tyler, the video is a visual feast that complements the energy of the track.
Accompanying the Utopia album release, Scott premiered his film Circus Maximus, which showcased videos for tracks like “Hyaena,” “Delresto (Echoes),” “Sirens,” and “Modern Jam.” The film not only served as a cinematic experience but also featured Scott’s live performance of the entire album at the Amphitheatre of Pompeii. Collaborating with renowned directors such as Nicolas Winding Refn, Gaspar Noe, CANADA, Andrew Dosunmu, Valdimar Jóhannsson, and Harmony Korine, the project added a multi-dimensional visual element to Utopia. Prior to the album’s release, Scott treated fans to the video for “K-Pop,” featuring Bad Bunny and The Weeknd.
Scott recently joined forces with Playboi Carti for the new track “Backr00ms,” accompanied by a lo-fi video that resonates with Carti’s distinctive style.
