Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expanding their family! On Monday (Nov. 11), the actress revealed her pregnancy in a dramatic post on Instagram. Fox shared a gothic-inspired photo where she’s covered in black liquid, cradling her belly, along with a black-and-white image of a positive pregnancy test. “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” she captioned, tagging MGK’s handle directly over her belly in the photo.

This will be Fox and Kelly’s first child together, though both are parents from prior relationships. MGK shares daughter Casie with ex Emma Cannon, while Fox is mom to sons Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

The couple began dating in 2020 and announced their engagement in January 2022. In February 2023, rumors of a split arose after Fox posted a cryptic Instagram caption, quoting a Beyoncé lyric: “You can taste the dishonesty / it’s all over your breath.” She later clarified that there was no third-party involvement. In March, Fox confirmed that the engagement was off, though she referred to MGK as her “twin soul.”

Just last year, Fox shared that she’d experienced a pregnancy loss, a moment she addressed in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” she wrote, “But now / I have to say / goodbye.” Reflecting on that time, Fox told Good Morning America that it was a heartbreaking journey for both herself and MGK.

Now, as they prepare to welcome their first child together, fans and followers are overjoyed for the couple.
