Chris Brown is currently facing a lawsuit from a man who claims that the singer assaulted him with a tequila bottle at a London nightclub earlier this year.

The alleged incident reportedly occurred in February at the Tape London club and involved a Don Julio 1942 tequila bottle. The accuser, Abe Diaw, asserts that he has known Chris Brown for several years and initially believed they were going to share a hug. However, Brown is accused of striking him multiple times with the tequila bottle, resulting in severe injuries and emotional distress.

In the lawsuit, Diaw also alleges that he lost consciousness due to the bottle strikes and ended up in the hospital as a result. Furthermore, he claims that Brown continued the assault, this time using his feet, after he passed out.

The lawsuit references surveillance video footage, which Diaw’s legal team claims captured the entire alleged incident. They state that local authorities have possession of the footage in question.
