Tongan artist Aisea Taimani, based in the California Bay Area, has joined forces with Azato for their debut collaboration, “Give Thnx.” This powerful new track, produced by Nigerian artist D’Meek, offers listeners a unique blend of cultural heritage and contemporary sound.

“Give Thnx” draws inspiration from the Polynesian cultural tradition of “honi,” a greeting where people press their foreheads and noses together while inhaling. This practice symbolizes the exchange of “ha” (the breath of life) and “mana” (spiritual power) between individuals.

The single marks the first musical collaboration between Aisea and Azato, building on a friendship spanning nearly 25 years. Their shared history and deep connection infuse the track with genuine emotion and meaning.
