Pavia singer-songwriter and cellist Diletta Fosso returns with “Belli/e,” a bright and thoughtful pop single about the gap between social media perfection and real life.

Written by Fosso and produced by Marco Barusso, “Belli/e” takes a lucid and ironic look at the pressure to appear perfect online. The song turns everyday details into reminders of what makes life authentic. Pajamas, dark circles, purring cats, messy spaces and spontaneous smiles become more meaningful than carefully curated feeds.

The song began with a simple observation. Social media can make everything appear flawless. Yet, when the screen disappears, real life tells a different story. For Fosso, beauty does not come from filters or algorithms. Instead, it lives in imperfections, genuine emotions and ordinary moments.

Musically, “Belli/e” combines contemporary pop with singer-songwriter influences.
