New Single “Good Life” by Caleb Hart and Buckman Coe Explores the Struggle for Justice

Tobagonian-Canadian artist Caleb Hart and Canadian artist Buckman Coe have released their latest single, “Good Life.” The song, born from a conversation with @wreneye1 and inspired by a Cree saying about shaping reality with the subconscious mind, delves into themes of societal systems, war, social strife, and climate chaos.

Initially conceived as an exploration of positive reinforcement and creation, “Good Life” took a sardonic twist during the writing process. Coe and Hart, along with collaborator Joshua Telfer, crafted verses that shed light on the systems that perpetuate injustice while selling the illusion of the “Good Life” and threatening dissent.

Produced by Buckman Coe and Adham Shaikh, and featuring artwork by Coe and Telfer, “Good Life” promises to be a thought-provoking addition to the music scene. With its blend of insightful lyrics and captivating melodies, the single invites listeners to contemplate the realities of the world we live in while offering a message of hope and unity.

Caleb Hart, known for his dynamic live performances and authentic storytelling, brings his signature energy to “Good Life.” With over 1100 shows under his belt and multiple awards to his name, including accolades from the Edmonton Folk Fest and the Western Canadian Music Awards, Hart continues to captivate audiences worldwide with his music.

Buckman Coe, a seasoned musician and advocate for social change, lends his talents to “Good Life” as both a collaborator and producer. With a mission to spread songs of hope and unity, Coe’s contributions to the single resonate with his commitment to using music as a catalyst for positive transformation.
