Out of hundreds of international submissions, Naomba stood out for its distinctive groove, emotional resonance, and sophisticated production.

Blending organic percussion, hypnotic synth layers, and an entrancing vocal hook, Naomba captures the heartbeat of modern Afro House while showcasing Holmen’s signature melodic depth. The track evokes both motion and introspection, reflecting influences from leading Afro House innovators such as Keinemusik.

Following its contest success, Naomba caught the attention of tastemakers across the global electronic scene and was ultimately signed by Rikodisco, a label celebrated for supporting forward-thinking producers and nurturing emerging talent in house and melodic electronic music.

Based between Sweden and Ibiza, Charlie Holmen is quickly emerging as one of the most promising names in the Afro and Melodic House space. She began producing professionally in 2024 and released her debut single Running in 2025, which received early support from key curators and resident DJs at renowned venues including KitKat Berlin and Space Miami. Since then, she has released music on respected labels such as Rikodisco, ICONYC, Big Mama House Records,and Different Records.
