Ye Drops ‘Like That’ Remix, Disses Drake and J. Cole
Ye didn’t hold back on his latest remix, taking aim at fellow rap heavyweights Drake and J. Cole. Premiering the track during an appearance on Justin LaBoy’s The Download, Ye unleashed a fiery verse that left no doubt about his stance in the ongoing hip-hop feud.
Starting off strong, Ye’s verse began with a declaration of support for his ally, Dot: “You know we had to get the hooligans up here to get these pussy n***as out, yo Dot I got you.” From there, he wasted no time in delivering blows to both Drake and Cole.
Addressing Drake, Ye spat, “It’s a wrap for nas/ Where’s Lucian, serve your master, na/ You caught a little bag for your masters didn’t ya/ Lifetime deal I feel bad for n***as.” His disdain for Cole was equally evident: “Y’all so out of sight, out of mind / I can’t even think of a Drake line / Play J. Cole, get the pussy dry.”

But Ye didn’t stop there. He also shared a NSFW meme on social media, further emphasizing his stance against those who dare to play J. Cole’s music.

This latest diss track comes amidst a longstanding history of tension between Ye, Drake, and Cole. Drake has previously taken jabs at Ye in his music, while Cole’s references to Ye’s fall from grace have not gone unnoticed. Ye’s verse adds fuel to the fire, solidifying his place in the ongoing rap feud.
Whether this sparks further retaliation from Drake and Cole remains to be seen soon!
