Lisa Jo rebuilt the song five times, later purchasing a beat from a producer friend before remixing it again with FL Studio and BeatBuddy until it met her exacting standards. For Lisa Jo, music has been a lifeline through immense personal hardship. In the past two years, she has faced a battle with blood cancer, the loss of her husband, and the passing of multiple close family members, all while serving as a caregiver to her sisters.
