Toronto based R&B and Pop artist Nina Browwn returns with her new single, “Consequences,” a sultry track about the rush of falling hard and throwing caution aside.

“Consequences” captures the moment when two people become deeply infatuated and stop following the usual rules of dating. Instead of taking things slowly, they choose to embrace the chemistry and spend as much time together as possible.

The song explores the tension between desire and caution. The couple knows there could be consequences, but the attraction feels worth the risk. That playful idea gives the track its flirtatious and sensual edge.

“This song is a little bit sexy, and a little bit playful, and it is about a real experience,” says Nina Browwn. “Many of my songs are personal experiences I have been through. I feel it is the best way to relate and connect with the song because it’s something I know.”

Browwn draws from her own experiences to create music rooted in emotion and storytelling. Born in Zagreb, Croatia, and based in Toronto, she developed a passion for music from an early age. She began playing flute, guitar, and piano at 10 before studying Classical Opera and voice at 16. Her vocal range spans more than 3.5 octaves.

Her sound also moves freely between genres. She combines R&B, Pop, and Reggae influences while drawing inspiration from artists such as Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, and Adele.

Browwn began writing songs at a young age. At 12, she wrote her first complete song, “Now You’re Gone,” with help from her middle school music teacher. She later performed it at her school’s talent show, overcoming her stage fright in the process.

With “Consequences,” Nina Browwn turns a personal experience into a playful exploration of attraction, chemistry, and the risks people sometimes choose to take for love.
