NBA YoungBoy Secures Fifth Consecutive Year as YouTube’s Most Streamed Rapper

For the fifth consecutive year, NBA YoungBoy reigns supreme as the most streamed hip-hop artist on YouTube in 2023. The 24-year-old rapper outpaced industry heavyweight Drake, who recently claimed the top spot on Spotify’s most-streamed rapper list. Additionally, NBA YoungBoy clinched the second spot on YouTube’s overall most-streamed artist ranking, just behind Peso Pluma and ahead of global stars Drake, Bad Bunny, and Taylor Swift.

In 2023, the Baton Rouge native released his highly acclaimed fifth and sixth studio albums, “I Rest My Case” and “Don’t Try This At Home,” along with the mixtapes “Richest Opp” and “Decided 2.” Notably, NBA YoungBoy achieved a significant milestone by becoming the youngest artist, at the age of 23 years, six months, and two weeks, to amass 100 entries on the Billboard Hot 100.
