Nai Ra Breaks Her Silence with Debut Single “Che senso ha”

Nai Ra breaks her silence with “Che senso ha,” her first official single. After a lifetime spent writing songs without ever publishing them, partly due to a long illness, at 40, she chooses to release her music with the courage of someone who has a lot to say and nothing to lose.
“Che senso ha” is a personal and unfiltered manifesto created to shout out questions we’ve all asked ourselves at least once: What’s the point of enduring toxic relationships? What’s the point of staying in invisible cages? What’s the point of not being yourself to please others? Between rap, urban pop, and cutting lyrics, the track serves as an authentic cry against toxic relationships, social expectations, and all those internal struggles we face when we’re tired of pretending.
Nai Ra has survived illness, discrimination, and violence, experiences that deeply inform her artistic voice. Her music seeks and represents those who struggle, those who feel out of place and want to find themselves. The goal is not just to entertain, but to give a voice to those who feel marginalized, those who fight against discrimination, violence, and societal labels.
“Che senso ha” serves as the first chapter of an autobiographical album titled “Quaranta Volte Me” that speaks of resilience, anger, and rebirth. This upcoming project represents a personal, social, and sonic journey that aims to give a voice to those who don’t have one, particularly resonating with the LGBTQ+ community and anyone who has experienced discrimination or violence.
