Venezuelan singer Eduardo Losada Cabruja, performing as Cabruja, releases his evocative new single “Malecón,” a vibrant homage to the Afro-Caribbean rhythms of Venezuela’s northern coast and the cultural traditions that define his heritage.

Inspired by the scenic waterfront promenades that dot the Caribbean coastline, “Malecón” transforms the seafront into a sacred sanctuary under the stars, where the sacred and profane intertwine in an intense ritual that draws everyone into a collective celebration of life, faith, and community.

“Malecón” showcases the wonderful landscape and cultural elements that frame the Cabruja tradition, creating a sonic celebration that honors both origins and the enduring power of Caribbean rhythms to unite communities in joyous expression.

In 2021, Cabruja released his debut solo album “Cabruja” with Over Studio label, featuring covers and original compositions that marked the beginning of a new artistic chapter. The album established his unique voice in bridging Venezuelan musical traditions with contemporary sensibilities.
