Born Terrence Andrews Jr. in Lima, Ohio, Givenchy’s path to success has been anything but conventional. Raised by a resilient mother who overcame significant challenges and a father who was involved in gang activity while also producing music, Givenchy’s early life shaped his distinctive artistic perspective. At just 16 years old, he was sentenced to 9 years in prison, where he channelled his experiences into developing his passion for music and education.

Following his release in 2021, Givenchy relocated to Fort Wayne, Indiana, to pursue his rap career. During this formative period, he performed alongside notable artists including Skilla Baby, Baby Face Ray, and Trina, building a reputation for his authentic sound and compelling stage presence. After three years of dedicated work in Indiana, Givenchy made the strategic move to Atlanta, Georgia, to advance his career, culminating in his signing with Game Tite Records in early 2025.
