Daniel Caesar to Perform & Receive International Achievement Award at 2026 Juno Awards

Daniel Caesar is set to both perform and be honored with the International Achievement Award at the 55th Annual Juno Awards, scheduled for March 29, 2026, at the new TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario. The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) and CBC confirmed that the acclaimed R&B and soul singer-songwriter will take the stage during the televised ceremony and receive the prestigious award in recognition of his global impact and role in elevating Canadian music on the world stage. Caesar’s career now spans four albums, with his most recent release Son of Spergy reaching the top five on the Billboard 200 and number one on the Billboard R&B Album Chart, marking his highest-charting work to date.

The announcement of Caesar’s performance and award comes alongside news that comedian and musician Mae Martin will host the 2026 Juno Awards broadcast. William Prince will also perform at the show, and industry figures including Sandy Pandya, Vinny Cinquemani and the late Alexander Mair will receive Walt Grealis Special Achievement Awards, while rock band Billy Talent will be recognized with the Humanitarian Award at the Juno Awards Gala. Additional JUNOFest performers and Juno Week programming are expected to be revealed in the months leading up to the event.
