Recording for “Famous Dex2” took place at Fly Finesse Entertainment and Speakeasy Studios. At one point, the project nearly stalled as he struggled to capture the exact emotion he wanted. After stepping away from the track for several weeks, he returned with renewed focus and completed the record to his satisfaction.
Throughout the process, $ Mac remained hands-on with the creative direction, writing his own lyrics and composing most of the musical elements himself while acknowledging the vital role OZI played in shaping the production.
With “Famous Dex2,” the Dallas artist continues carving his own lane, blending homage, personality, and perseverance into a track that highlights both his dedication and creative growth.
