British Cypriot artist A!MS has released ‘Peak Season,‘ a 9-track album that debuts his newly coined “Global Street” genre , a fusion of UK garage, hip-hop, and Mediterranean cultural influences. The LP features collaborations with Julian Marley, UK chart-topper ArrDee, Ramz, and other notable artists.

Recorded entirely in Cyprus, which A!MS describes as a “music industry desert,” the album was created away from London’s traditional music scene. A!MS likens his Cyprus studio experience to “what Jamaica was for Bob Marley: a creative haven, free from noise and influence, where something truly global could be born.”

The Global Street sound channels what A!MS calls “the rebellious spirit of pirate radio” while incorporating his Cypriot/Lebanese/Italian heritage. Co-produced with global hitmaking duo Cool & Dre, the album features production from Antaeus, Michelin Shin, and Golden.

Key tracks include ‘Light & Love,’ featuring reggae icon Julian Marley alongside Antaeus and Hypertone, delivering themes of unity and upliftment. ‘Need Somebody’ showcases A!MS collaborating with UK chart-topper ArrDee over infectious Afrobeat production.

Coinciding with the album release, A!MS returns to host his Wave Fest series at WaterWorld WaterPark in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. This year’s lineup includes ArrDee, Lil Pump, B Young, Dappy, Oxlade, Ramz, Wiley, and ZieZie alongside A!MS.

The ‘Peak Season’ album represents A!MS’ most ambitious work to date, positioning him as an innovator creating space for artists who exist outside traditional industry categories while channeling the sun-soaked energy of his Mediterranean base.
