Young Heat Drops New Single “Certified Fed-E Stacker”

Underground rap legend Young Heat is set to make his highly coveted 1999 debut album, “The Heat Season”, ending decades of collector scarcity and introducing a Bay Area classic to streaming audiences worldwide. Originally released through No Mercy Records/Goon Money Entertainment, “The Heat Season” has achieved mythical status among underground hip-hop collectors, with rare physical copies commanding prices of $100 or more due to the album being out of print for years.
The album showcases Young Heat’s distinctive Columbus, Ohio/South Bay Area perspective through raw, unfiltered narratives of street life, all crafted over unmistakable mob and G-funk-inspired production. The sonic landscape was masterfully created by China Mc Cloud (also known as Mr. Slanted Eyez) and PJ, with executive production handled by Willie Smith, resulting in an underground masterpiece that captures the essence of late ‘90s West Coast hip-hop.
“The Heat Season” features collaborations with China, Jiggalo, Poppa B, Boss Jerk, and Convict, creating a diverse showcase of underground talent that helped define the era’s sound.
“The Heat Season” is available across all major streaming platforms.
