KATSEYE Get Candidly Sweet About Wildworld Tour, Their Chocolate Alter Egos & Adapting to Change: ‘We’re Still growing as Individuals & As a group’
KATSEYE are opening up about their ongoing WILD era, their first arena tour and the changes they have experienced as a group. In a new Billboard interview, the members discussed the WILD World Tour, their partnership with Hershey’s and the chocolate-themed alter egos created for the campaign.
The group’s WILD World Tour began Sept. 1 in Dublin and has taken KATSEYE across Europe during September. The European leg concluded in Copenhagen on Sept. 17, with the group scheduled to begin the North American portion in Miami on Oct. 13.

The tour supports KATSEYE’s five-track WILD EP, which arrived in August through HYBE x Geffen Records. The project includes “Animal,” “Hootie Frutti,” “Pinky Up,” “Bel Air” and “That Way,” and represents the group’s latest musical chapter following its 2025 EP BEAUTIFUL CHAOS.
KATSEYE also spoke about their Hershey’s partnership, which connects the group’s personalities with chocolate-inspired versions of the members. The collaboration was created around the launch of Hershey’s new Creme Bars, with the campaign incorporating the group’s “Pinky Up” identity and their longstanding association with chocolate in their green room and backstage routines.
The members have continued to adjust to the changes that have accompanied KATSEYE’s rapid international growth. Their recent conversations have centered on developing their individual identities while maintaining their connection as a group, with the members describing themselves as still growing both personally and collectively.
That growth has also been reflected in the group’s performances. On Sept. 26, KATSEYE made its Saturday Night Live debut, performing “Animal” and “Hootie Frutti” from WILD. Four members appeared on the program, with Sophia Laforteza and Manon Bannerman currently taking breaks from group activities.
The WILD era has also produced significant chart activity for KATSEYE. The EP debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, while “Animal” became the group’s highest-charting Hot 100 entry at No. 24. The song followed previous Hot 100 entries including “Gnarly,” “Gabriela,” “Internet Girl” and “Pinky Up.”
The group’s September activities have continued alongside its touring schedule and promotional appearances. “Hootie Frutti” recently passed 100 million views on YouTube in 40 days, while KATSEYE also entered the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards with four nominations, including Best K-Pop and Best Choreography for “Pinky Up.”
Following the European shows, KATSEYE are preparing for the North American leg of the WILD World Tour, which will continue through November. The tour is scheduled to conclude in Mexico City after stops across the United States and Canada.
