Gunna Drops New Album ‘The Last Wun’ Featuring Offset, Wizkid & Burna Boy

Gunna released his sixth studio album, The Last Wun, on August 8, 2025, under YSL Records and 300 Entertainment. Consisting of 25 tracks and running nearly 79 minutes, the album stands as his final project under the long-standing affiliation with both labels. The cover art, painted by Devon DeJardin, portrays Gunna as a sculptural figure—symbolizing a complex interplay of anger, resilience, and introspection during this chapter of his life.

The album includes the previously released singles “Him All Along,” debuted in October 2024, and “Won’t Stop,” which arrived in June 2025. “Him All Along” explores themes of success and wealth with a laid-back confidence, accompanied by a reflective visual set in Spain and Atlanta. “Won’t Stop” features dark piano-driven production built around defiant lyrics, positioning Gunna in a moment of personal resilience amid recent controversies.

The Last Wun includes collaborations with Offset, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Asake, and Nechie. Offset joins on “at my purest,” while the Nigerian artists expand Gunna’s global sound—with Burna Boy on the sultry “wgft,” Wizkid on the romantic “forever be mine,” and Asake on the melodic “satisfaction.” Meanwhile, Nechie contributes a raw, street-level energy to “i can’t feel my face.”

Speculation about The Last Wun serving as Gunna’s final project under YSL and 300 stems from the album’s title and the ambiguous nature of his remarks. In an earlier interview with Uproxx, Gunna described the album as untethered to a specific theme and rooted in his present reality. His prior studio work, One of Wun (2024), debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and reflected a similar introspective ethos.
